FTP Fragrances Shipping Policy

At FTP Fragrances, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. Please review our shipping policies below.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing may take longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

We offer the following shipping options:

For international orders, delivery times may range from 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.
Occasionally, promotional or free shipping offers may be available. Terms will be displayed on our website.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package online using the carrier’s website.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
FTP Fragrances is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customers outside the US are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your package is lost, damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at micahhiltbrand@gmail.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacements or refunds if applicable.

FTP Fragrances currently ships to the United States and select international locations.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain shipping methods (e.g., overnight delivery).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or restricted items may not be shipped internationally.
