At FTP Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policies below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, unworn, with all original tags.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return:

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at micahhiltbrand@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original item following the return instructions above. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

The returned item must:

Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
